The product is very good, the functionality is also very good so where is the down side, there technical support is diabolical.

I don’t know if it is a staffing issue or a cultural thing, when it comes to assisting their customers the experience is just bad. It is hard to see why they spend money and effort on wining new business through good products and marketing when there technical support is just letting the company down.

You can have a problem with your site being down and raise a ticket on their technical support site and the chances are the site will be back up before you get a response. When you have a genuine really technical issue you may be lucky and get a person that is interested and will help more often than not you just get a stock response and no help at all.

It is now 2 hours from raising a ticket and my site is still down, I have had no response to the ticket I marked as critical.

My web site is now back up 2hours and 40 minutes later still no email from technical support

It is now over 3hours and my site is still up, not email from technical support and I am starting to lose interest I am sure to get an email as they always respond eventually.

Finally I got a response 5 hours later, I would say the down time cost me a considerable amount.
