Set up the satnav and amazingly it took me to the entrance of the site clearly marked by a large Semex singe, turned down the lane which turned out to be about ½ a mile of gravel path with potholes the size you could stock with fish and put pegs around. I was not to impressed, though I thought I would persevere only to be met by a large gate with a padlock and a not to friendly sign saying you could only enter if you have purchased a day ticket, even if you only want to have a look around. The worst part was the fact that they hardly provide any room to turn around when you reach the gate, not very thought full.
After my visit it is hardly likely that I will find out how good the lakes are.
